The flavours of south-east Asia are coming to Brickworks Street with restaurant chain Bami opening soon.
The grand opening of their Mitcham store on Thursday December 16 will see up to 100 deliciously filled Banh Mi’s and up to 50 fresh Noodle Salad Bowls given away throughout the day.
Specialising in Vietnamese eats, Bami has stores that span across the city, including at Morphett Vale, Seaford, Christies Beach, Daw Park, Blackwood and Mt Gambier.
The latest addition to the franchise will see their kitchen set up at Mitcham Shopping Centre, taking ownership of a store front located on the outside of the centre by the Woolworths carpark.
Their menu showcases a delicious range of offerings, that not only include their fresh Noodle Salad bowls and Banh mi’s, but a range of hot dishes like their Sweet and Sour Pork, Beef Pho and Honey Chicken.
Dim sims, steamed buns, spring rolls, cold rolls and rice bowls also adorn the menu, with crackling pork, lemongrass beef, satay chicken and tofu just some of their bun and bowl options.
There Mitcham celebrations will include 10% off all orders on their opening weekend, with free Bahn mi’s between 11am-2pm and free noodle salad bowls between 6pm-8pm on launch day.
