General Enquiries
Absolutely! You can order on the Bami app (download it now from Google Play or App Store) or head over to our web ordering page to place an order for pickup or delivery at your nearest Bami restaurant.
We deliver via our partners at Uber Eats (also integrated with our Bami app), Menulog and Doordash. Logon to your delivery app to see if we deliver to your area.
We don’t generally take bookings, but if you have a large group you can contact your local Bami restaurant to see if they can fit you in!

Unfortunately, we don’t have drive thrus at our restaurants. We are planning to implement the drive-thru model in our business very soon. We will make an announcement when it’s available. Stay tune!
At Bami, sustainability holds immense significance. Our takeout bags, food packaging, and cutlery are all biodegradable and compostable. Collaborating with partners, we’re actively crafting innovative sustainable packaging solutions.
App
To order on our app, you will first need to choose a Bami location!
You can do this by selecting from the list of your closest store on the first screen, or change to another Bami store by tapping the toggle button on the top right corner and select ‘Change Store’, which will take you back to the store listing screen.
Once you have selected a store, a menu page will display showing all the offers and items available at the selected store. Please take your time to browse around and select the item(s) you wish to order. You can also select your personal choice of filling, spice level and more. Then tap ‘Add to Cart’ to add the item to your cart.
Once you are finished choosing your favourite items, you can tap Cart button at the bottom of your screen to proceed to check out. There, you can confirm all the items and customisations are correct. If you need to make a change, tap the edit icon in the bottom left corner of each menu item in the cart to edit it further. Here, you can also confirm your pick-up time and location, or delivery address depending on how you’d like to receive your order.
Now scroll down and tap ‘Pay by Card’ to make payment for the order. This will be finalised and your order will be sent to the store of your choice! After paying, you will be sent to a confirmation screen with all the live notification updates of your order.
You can reset your password via the ‘Forgot Password’ link on our Bami App login screen. You can also use the Forgot Password page on our website.

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order on the app. Please contact your store immediately to cancel your order. Please be aware that we cannot cancel your order once the food is ready to collect.
Each time you successfully placed an order, you will receive 3% credits as your loyalty points for your next order. You can redeem your points at checkout.
Food
Yes, you can customise your meal. At Bami, we provide supplementary gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options. If you order in store, please inform our staff if you need any modifications to our order.
Our menu is customisable to allow choices for our customers, but if you have a particular food sensitivity or allergy please speak to our staff directly.

Certainly! As a Bami franchisee, there are numerous advantages. One of them is our established business status, which enables us to maintain strong relationships with select lenders. We are able to connect you with these lenders, providing you with opportunities to secure financing for your Bami franchise.
As a rapidly expanding company, we are excited about opening stores in every capital city of Australia. Absolutely! Upon demonstrating your proficiency in maintaining brand standards and policies, as well as establishing a profitable and sustainable business, we will gladly offer you the chance to acquire existing or new stores.
As an owner/operator franchise system, it is mandatory for at least one partner to maintain a 50% ownership in the operating company and actively participate on a full-time basis in the day-to-day operations.
The income you can earn as a franchisee is influenced by various factors, such as your management skills, effective cost control, business development efforts, the initial investment cost, and individual circumstances. As a new franchisee, it is crucial to have realistic expectations regarding your initial income and to understand that ongoing success is achieved through ongoing commitment and effort.
The setup cost for a Bami franchise can vary based on the location’s size and infrastructure. On average, it ranges from $300,000 to $400,000.
