Whether you’re craving a quick Bún or ordering your favourite Roll in advance, our app ensures you’re always in the loop, delivering convenience right to your fingertips. It’s seamless, it’s straightforward, and it’s designed to bring the full Bami experience directly to you, wherever you are.


To order on our app, you will first need to choose a Bami location!

You can do this by selecting from the list of your closest store on the first screen, or change to another Bami store by tapping the toggle button on the top right corner and select ‘Change Store’, which will take you back to the store listing screen.

Once you have selected a store, a menu page will display showing all the offers and items available at the selected store. Please take your time to browse around and select the item(s) you wish to order. You can also select your personal choice of filling, spice level and more. Then tap ‘Add to Cart’ to add the item to your cart.

Once you are finished choosing your favourite items, you can tap Cart button at the bottom of your screen to proceed to check out. There, you can confirm all the items and customisations are correct. If you need to make a change, tap the edit icon in the bottom left corner of each menu item in the cart to edit it further. Here, you can also confirm your pick-up time and location, or delivery address depending on how you’d like to receive your order.

Now scroll down and tap ‘Pay by Card’ to make payment for the order. This will be finalised and your order will be sent to the store of your choice! After paying, you will be sent to a confirmation screen with all the live notification updates of your order.

You can reset your password via the ‘Forgot Password’ link on our Bami App login screen. You can also use the Forgot Password page on our website.

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order on the app. Please contact your store immediately to cancel your order. Please be aware that we cannot cancel your order once the food is ready to collect.

Each time you successfully placed an order, you will receive 3% credits as your loyalty points for your next order. You can redeem your points at checkout.
