SHIFT SUPERVISOR
The one who knows how to keep the daily rush beautifully organized. This role anchors the floor – making sure everything runs like clockwork, guiding the team during busy hours, and keeping food safety standards spot on.
STORE MANAGER
The ultimate captain steering the ship. From tracking weekly performance and managing stock to inspiring the team and keeping in close touch with HQ, this role is part entrepreneur, part coach, and 100% boss.
SUPPORT OFFICE
The strategic backbone of Bami. This team drives growth behind the scenes – handling operations, marketing, and brand expansion to scale our fast-casual concept nationwide while keeping our street-food roots intact.
