Fresh rice paper rolls packed with vermicelli, carrot, cucumber, mint, lettuce and cabbage served with homemade peanut sauce.

Fill a bowl with warm water, and soak one large and one small rice paper sheet until both are completely wet and pliable.
Place the large rice paper sheet on the rolling tray, and the small rice paper sheet on top of the large one.
Place a handful of shredded carrot and cucumber on the rice papers.
Add a handful of lettuce and a leaf of mint. Top with vermicelli noodles and your choice of protein (chicken, BBQ pork, or prawns).
Follow the video instructions to wrap the roll tightly.
